You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with site security, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

3) Products, descriptions & condition

3.1 What we sell
We offer curated fashion, collectibles, and home items. Some items may be pre-owned, vintage, limited, or one-off.

3.2 Listings & accuracy
We aim to describe items accurately and show condition clearly in photos. Please note:

  • colours may vary slightly depending on your screen/device

  • measurements may include small tolerances

  • product photos form part of the item description

3.3 Pre-owned / vintage notes
Where items are pre-owned or vintage, minor signs of wear consistent with the condition described are not considered faults.

3.4 Availability
Most items are limited and may be one-off. Adding an item to your basket does not reserve it until checkout is completed.

4) Prices, taxes & promotions

4.1 Currency
All prices are shown in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.

4.2 Promotions
Discount codes and promotions may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Unless stated, codes cannot be combined.

4.3 Pricing errors
If an item is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5) Orders & contract

5.1 Order confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming we received it. This is not acceptance.

5.2 Acceptance
A contract is formed when we dispatch your order and send a dispatch confirmation.

5.3 Right to refuse/cancel
We may refuse or cancel an order (and refund you) if an item is unexpectedly unavailable, we suspect fraud/misuse, or we cannot verify payment/delivery details.

6) Payment

We accept payment via the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment must be authorised before dispatch.

7) Shipping & delivery

7.1 Dispatch time
Orders are typically dispatched within 5 working days. Dispatch dates are estimates and may change; dispatch may occasionally be delayed.

7.2 Delivery method
We ship using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

7.3 Shipping cost

  • Flat-rate shipping: £7

  • Free shipping: Orders over £150 (after discounts, before shipping)

7.4 Delivery estimates
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

7.5 Address accuracy & redirection
Please check your address carefully. If you request changes after dispatch, it may not be possible. If a carrier fee is incurred for redirection (where available), we reserve the right to pass that cost on to you.

7.6 Missing or damaged items
Please check your parcel on arrival. If anything is missing or damaged, contact us within 2 working days of deliverywith your order number and clear photos (item + packaging where relevant). Reports outside this timeframe may limit our ability to assist with transit claims.

7.7 Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control (including carrier disruption).

8) Cancellations, returns & refunds

8.1 Right to cancel (14 days)
You can cancel your order up to 14 days after the day you receive it, in line with UK consumer rules.

To cancel, email info@lootedlooks.com. We cannot accept cancellations by phone.

8.2 Returning goods after cancellation
If you cancel, you must return the item(s) within 14 days of cancellation:

  • in the same condition as received (beyond reasonable inspection)

  • securely packaged to avoid damage in transit
    Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty (see 8.5).

8.3 Refunds (within 14 days)
Once we receive your return — or you provide proof you’ve sent it back — we will process your refund within 14 daysto the original payment method. Where applicable, refunds include the standard outbound delivery charge.

8.4 Deductions for diminished value
We may reduce the refund if returned items show signs of handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them.

8.5 Faulty or misdescribed items
Nothing in these Terms affects your legal rights if goods are faulty or misdescribed. If there is an issue, contact us with details and photos. If an item is confirmed faulty, we will refund reasonable return postage costs. If it is not faulty, we may return it to you and you may need to cover postage.

9) Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (for example, loss of earnings or business).

10) Intellectual property

All website content (including photography, text, branding, and design) is owned by us or used with permission. You may not copy or reuse it without written consent.

11) Privacy & cookies

Your personal data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy (available on our website).

12) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
