Dispatch
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 5 working days. Any dispatch date shown is an estimate and may change without notice. Dispatch may occasionally be delayed.
Shipping (UK)
We ship using Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Flat-rate shipping: £7
Free shipping: Orders over £150 (after discounts, before shipping)
Delivery typically takes around 2–3 working days after dispatch, but all delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Tracking
All orders are sent with tracking. Tracking details will be provided once your order is dispatched.
Delivery issues, missing or damaged items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is missing or damaged, contact us within 2 working days of delivery with your order number and (if relevant) clear photos of the packaging and item(s).
Returns & Refunds
Cancelling your order (14 days)
You can cancel your order up to 14 days after the day you receive it.
To cancel, please email us (we cannot accept cancellations by phone).
Returning goods
If you cancel, you must return the goods within 14 days of cancellation:
unused (beyond reasonable inspection),
in original packaging, and
packaged securely to prevent damage in transit.
Return postage is your responsibility, unless the item is faulty (see below).
Refunds (within 14 days)
Once we receive your return — or you provide proof that you’ve sent it back — we will process your refund within 14 days to the original payment method.
We may make a deduction from the refund if the returned item shows signs of use beyond what’s necessary to inspect it.
Faulty or misdescribed items
This policy does not affect your legal rights if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
If there is a problem, email us with details and a photo of the issue. If the item is confirmed faulty, we will refund your reasonable return postage costs.
